1.미주,캐나다 2015년 02월 GRI 인상공지

 

   - 적용요율 : $540/20`, $600/40', $675/40'HQ, $760/45`

2.미 서부항만 PORT CONGESTION 및 태업으로 인한 도착 지연발생중 (첨부파일참조)

 

Congestion in West Ports is at worst due to no conclusion of a negotiation between Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) and International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU). 

At least, there was no announcement yet about the rumor of possible locked out.

The productivity of the West Coast ports is still poor and even getting poorer since ILWU is limiting the manpower of the night shift.

Today (January 21, 2015), Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) even announced that they are increasing demurrage charges on all the containers and updates on idling time as the attachment.

Unfortunately, West Coast Ports are still experiencing congestions and delays without any improvement.

미 서부 항만 지연 교착 상태 안내

서부항만의 지연 사태는 여전히 최악이라고 볼 수 있는 상황입니다.

다행히 지난 번 안내드린, 항만의 폐쇄 가능성은 다행히 실제로 아직까지 발생하지 않은 상황입니다.

그러나, 서부 해안 항만 노조 (International Longshore and Warehouse Union)에서 야간 근무 인력 투입의 제한으로 인해,

인력 부족으로 생산성 문제가 계속되고 있는 등 상황은 좀처럼 진척을 보이지 않고 있습니다.

금일 현대상선에서첨부와 같이 Port에서 Delay 관련 업데이트 및 Demurrage 비용의 인상 내용을 발표하였습니다.

이 같이 아직까지 상황은 여전히 개선이나 해결의 별다른 진척이 되지 않고 있는 상황입니다.
